Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Brandon Winfrey of Dubuque around 12:20 a.m. Monday in the area of West Ninth and Bluff streets on charges of domestic assault impeding air flow, domestic assault, assault causing injury, public intoxication and interference with official acts.
