A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for sexually abusing two minors. 70 year old Benjamin Atchison of Dubuque received the sentence from Iowa District Court Judge Michael Shubatt in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to charges of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor and lascivious acts with a child. According to a report, Atchison sexually abused two people under the age of 18 on multiple occasions over a span of multiple years.
