One Vehicle Accident, Driver Abandons Vehicle

Shortly after 4pm Saturday, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Bethel Grove Road in Kendall Township for a one vehicle rollover accident. The driver of the vehicle struck a pole and abandoned the vehicle. The driver has yet to be located. The vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The Belmont Fire Department and Belmont EMS assisted at the scene.
