Demolition of Dubuque Brewing & Malting To Begin

Demolition of a portion of the Dubuque Brewing and Malting Co. building now tentatively is scheduled to start next month. D.W. Zinser Co., the company hired by property owner and developer Steve Emerson, has submitted a demolition schedule to the city of Dubuque. According to a report, crews with Zinser plan to mobilize and set up demolition equipment from March 11 to 15. Demolition is set to follow from March 18 through April 5, and site cleanup will be from April 8 through April 12.
