Man Leads Dubuque Police On 2 High-Speed Chases

Police say a man led authorities on two high-speed chases Wednesday in Dubuque. 29 year old Jacquese Murphy of Madison, Wis., was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 12000 block of English Mill Road on warrants charging two counts of probation violation and two counts of failure to appear. He subsequently was arrested on charges of domestic assault, operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and eluding.
