Dubuque Man Arrested For Bringing Intoxicants To Correctional Institution

Police in Dubuque arrested 68 year old Anthony Wissmiller of Dubuque around 10am Wednesday at the state correctional facility on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug and introducing intoxicants into a correctional institution.
