Police in Dubuque arrested 24 year old Tessa Eick of Dubuque around 4a.m. on March 23rd in the 600 block of Loras Boulevard on a warrant charging disorderly conduct-fighting, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of psilocybin mushrooms.
