Woman From Maquoketa Arrested in Dubuque

Dubuque County authorities arrested 34 year old Summer Hicks-Michels of Maquoketa around 7 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of West Sixth Street in Dubuque on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of marijuana.
