River Ridge voters said no

District voters for River Ridge School System turned down the request for a recurring operating referendum.  513 no votes compared to 397 yes votes.  Officials were asking to allow the school district to exceed the revenue cap by $1.25 million in the first year and an additional $250,000 each of the next (3) three years.
