Voluntary Absence From Custody Charges in Dubuque

Dubuque Police arrested 48 year old Zachery Rexilius around 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging voluntary absence from custody. Reports say that Rexilius did not return to the state correctional facility as required on April 12.
