Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Jarrell Johnson of Chicago Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. at the Dubuque County Jail on a charge of assault on persons in certain occupations with injury. A report says that Johnson assaulted a jailer, causing a minor injury.
