Grant County will have a new district attorney after the November 5 election. Republic Ryan Kieler of Platteville will be the only candidate on the ballot after Ian Mickelson filed notice of non-candidacy. Kieler who was appointed by Gov. Tony Evers last year to replace Lisa Riniker. Other district attorneys will be unopposed on the ballot, including Democrat Zachary Leigh in Iowa County and Republic Jenna Gill in Lafeyette County.
