Dubuque Man Arrested For Assaulting Nurse at Hospital

Dubuque Police arrested 53 year old Kyle Smith of Dubuque at around 8:25 p.m. Saturday at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital on charges of public intoxication and assault on persons in certain occupations. Reports say that Smith assaulted a nurse at the hospital.
