Dubuque County authorities arrested 56 year old John Breitbach of Bellevue shortly after Midnight Tuesday in the 8600 block of U.S. Highway 52 South on charges of domestic assault-third or subsequent offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
