Bike Rider Struck By Vehicle in Dubuque

A bike rider suffered a “serious head injury” after being struck by a vehicle after running a stop sign in Dubuque. Dubuque Police say that the bike rider, who is a minor, ran a stop sign at Lincoln and Ann Streets and was struck by a vehicle. Police say that the victim suffered a head injury, but is in stable condition.
