Fennimore House Fire

There were no injuries reported after the Fennimore Fire Department responded to a house fire late Friday Night.  Authorities were notified about 11:30 pm of the fire at 1355 13th Street.  The lone occupant of the residence was evaluated by Fennimore EMS but refused treatment or transport.  The home had substantial damage and is considered a total loss.  The cause is undetermined and still under investigation.  The Boscobel, Montfort and Lancaster Fire Departments provided mutual aid.  The Fennimore Police Department and Grant County Sheriff’s Department also assisted at the scene
