Police in Dubuque arrested 41 year old Jessy Brimeyer, on Saturday around 8:45 p.m. day in the area of West Fourth and Iowa streets on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants charging parole violation, sex offender verification violation-second or subsequent offense and failure to comply with sex offender registry-second or subsequent offense.
