Readstown man arrested in Dubuque for OWI

Early Saturday morning Dubuque police arrested 26-year-old Scott D. Coulthard of Readstown, Wis., in the 900 block of West Locust Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons.
