Dubuque man arrested for 3rd offense OWI in Grant County

A Dubuque man was arrested in Grant County after driving the wrong way drunk on the highway. Early Friday evening, the Grant County Communications Center received several reports of a wrong way driver on Highway 151. Drivers were able to get the vehicle to stop on the median near Mile Marker 2. 74 yr old Michael Ede, of Dubuque, showed signs of impairment and was arrested for OWI 3rd offense and cited for Operating the Wrong Way on Divided Highway.  Ede was transported to Southwest Health Center and later turned over to a responsible party.
