KENOSHA, Wis. — The man who was seven times by Kenosha police in August made a virtual appearance in court Wednesday.
The police shooting sparked weeks of protests and unrest, but Wednesday’s court appearance was not related to that encounter.
Rather, it stems from a domestic abuse case filed in the spring. Blake pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing.
He is due back in court next month.
