MADISON, Wis. — A shooting in an apartment on Flower Lane left one 30-year-old man dead and two 17 and 18-year old male teenagers with life-threatening injuries yesterday afternoon.
Madison police and fire departments responded to what they described as a “chaotic scene,” after a call came in about three individuals being shot on the west side of Madison. Officials said victims were both inside and outside the apartment and nearby neighborhood.
The preliminary investigation concluded that there were multiple firearms involved with multiple shots fired. Suspect and victims are believed to be known to each other.
The Madison Police Department Violent Crime Unit is leading the actively ongoing investigation. They ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014, call 911 or the Madison Police Department.
