ROCK COUNTY, Wis. — The Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post arrested Jerry A. Wilkins, 52, of Milwaukee for his fourth operating a motor vehicle under the influence offense early Sunday morning.
A report from the Wisconsin State Patrol said a patrol trooper conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle for multiple lane deviations.
The trooper observed signs of impairment from the driver and after conducting SFSTs, arrested Wilkins for OWI.
