FOUNTAIN PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested a man Saturday night on suspicion of 7th offense OWI following a rollover vehicle crash on Highway 146.
When sheriff’s office deputy and a Fall River police officer arrived at the scene of a crash they found a flipped 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe in a ditch, according to a news release. Officials said the driver, 62-year-old Ronald Jensen, flipped the vehicle after he hit a power pole.
Jensen appeared to be intoxicated, according to the release.
Emergency responders reported to the scene and took Jensen to a local hospital for minor injuries. He was arrested on suspicion of 7th offense OWI after he was medically cleared, officials said.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, Fall River Police Department, Fall River Fire Department and Lifestar emergency medical services responded to the crash.
