A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence on County Highway H in Benton for a welfare check around 1:00am Tuesday. 27 year old Kelton Prine of Cuba City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Intimidating a Victim, and False Imprisonment. Prine was taken to the Lafayette County Jail. Cuba City Police, Darlington Police, and Grant County Deputies assisted with the arrest.
