MIDDLETON, Wis. — Middleton police say they’ve arrested a man on his 4th felony OWI charge overnight.
Officers stopped Joseph B. Reines on Highway 14 at 2:04 a.m. Thursday after he was swerving out of his lane and following another vehicle too closely. Police say Reines admitted to drinking and showed signs of being drunk, including slurring his speech and smelling like alcohol.
Reines was arrested after field sobriety tests and faces charges for 4th offense OWI. He was booked into jail and released overnight.
