MADISON, Wis. — The first of UW Health’s health care workers have received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine Monday afternoon.
Respiratory therapist Tina Schubert was the first to receive the vaccine at about 2:30 p.m.
UW Health Nurse Mavic Tjardes was the second health care worker to receive the vaccine, while Dr. Ann Sheehy, UW Health Hospitals, was the third.
