MADISON, Wis. — The first Hotel of the Arts in Madison will officially open next week.
Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham will be known as Hotel of the Arts. It will open at 2810 Coho Street on Dec. 21.
The four-story, 85-room hotel cost $10 million, with its groundbreaking taking place back in September 2019.
According to a news release, guest rooms feature custom, contemporary designs with artwork by designer Nicolas Cascarano. The hotel also has high-speed WiFi, a breakfast area, an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center and shuttle service.
The co-owners expect the hotel to create 24 jobs. They also run Hotel of the Arts Days Inn & Suites in Milwaukee.
