TOWN OF WYOCENA, Wis. — A Columbia County family is out of their home on Christmas Eve after an overnight house fire.
Seven area fire departments were called to rural Salisbury Road in the Town of Wyocena just after 7 p.m. Wednesday when someone called 911 and reported seeing fire along the roof of a home.
The caller was able to wake up everyone inside the home and get them out safely. No injuries were reported.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Department says the Red Cross is helping the family find a place to stay.
A cause for the fire has not been determined yet.
