MADISON, Wis. — Madison police responded to a family who reportedly returned to their home on the 4500 block of Martha Lane last Thursday around 5:30 p.m to discover their front door broken and personal items rummaged through.
Police said they also discovered a damaged video doorbell and the home internet setup appeared to be unplugged by the burglar. An undisclosed amount of cash was also reported missing.
