JANESVILLE, Wis. — A driver from Janesville was arrested on suspicion of a 4th offense OWI early Friday morning.
A trooper stopped a vehicle from driving into the wrong lane and almost hitting oncoming traffic on Highway 11 at North Pahl Road, according to a news release.
Officials said the trooper made contact with 48-year-old Paul Olsen and saw multiple signs of impairment. Olsen was later arrested on a 4th offense OWI charge.
