STEVENS POINTS, Wis. — The Wisconsin Crime Alert Network has issued a Silver Alert for missing 14-year-old Casandra Ann Kozlowski who has not been seen since Sunday morning around 5 a.m.
Kozlowski was seen on a neighbors security camera walking through his back yard and may be wearing a black sweatshirt, black leggings and have a black backpack with reflective stripes on it. She may be going to Rice Lake.
Kozlowski is described as a white female with brown eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights, sometimes in a messy bun. She is 5 feet, 1 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Anyone with information about Kozlowski’s location is asked to call the Stevens Point Police Department at 715-346-1501.
