KENOSHA, Wis. — The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, Kenosha Police Department and other local leaders are facing two $10 million damage claims related to the Kyle Rittenhouse shootings on August 25.
According to CBS58 in Milwaukee, documents show the claims are being made on behalf of Gaige Grosskreutz, and by John Huber, Jr. and Karen Bloom, the parents of Anthony Huber who was shot and killed. Grosskreutz was shot and survived.
Both claim employees of the police and sheriff’s department were negligent.
