MADISON, Wis. — Madison police found shell casings following a shots fired report on the city’s southeast side Monday night.
An incident report said officials were sent to the 4000 block of Owl Creek Drive shortly after 9 p.m. Police checked the area and recovered spent bullet casings.
Witnesses told police a person fired their weapon out of the window of a red SUV.
Officials were unable to provide further information on the suspect, and an investigation is ongoing.
