Former McDonald’s Property Will Become Laundromat

Property on West Business Highway 151 in Platteville which used to be a McDonald’s Restaurant will used for a laundromat. The Platteville Plan Commission has recommended approval of the lot to be acquired by Whitewater Ventures, LLC. The lot would be divided in half and a laundromat would be built on the west side of the property. The other half of the property would be sold for commercial development. McDonald’s vacated the property to move to East Business Highway 151 in 2015.
