Man Arrested For Coming To Jail With Meth

Authorities arrested 34 year old Eric Shafer of North Buena Vista on Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on four counts of third-degree burglary and possession of contraband in a correctional institution. Reports say that staff found methamphetamine on Shafer after he entered the Dubuque County Jail.
