A man from Blanchardville was arrested Saturday night for his 2nd offense of OWI. An Iowa County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Mound Street in Blanchardville and arrested 65 year old Spencer Olson for Operating While Intoxicated- 2nd offense. Olson was later released to a responsible party.
