Man From Highland Is Arrested in Dubuque

A man from Highland was arrested by Dubuque Police on Sunday. A report says 36 year old Andrew Tucker of Highland was arrested shortly after 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of West Fourth and Iowa Streets in Dubuque on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication.
