MONROE COUNTY, Wis. — Wisconsin State Patrol troopers arrested a Wisconsin Dells man Sunday night on suspicion of eight-offense OWI.
Officials said troopers found a black GMC Acadia pulled over on the side of I-90/94 shortly after 8:30 p.m.
When they approached the vehicle, troopers smelled alcohol coming from the driver, 36-year-old Rory E. Thundercloud, according to a news release.
Authorities said they observed signs of impairment and subsequently arrested Thundercloud on suspicion of eighth-offense OWI.
