BARABOO, Wis. — The Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Health is hosting a pair of vaccination clinics next week that are open to the general public.
The first clinic will run from 9 a.m. t0 5 p.m. on Wednesday at House of Wellness, which is located at S2845 Whiteagle Rd. in Baraboo. The second clinic will run the next day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at District 1 Community Center, which is located at N7621 Warrior Ave. in Black River Falls.
The Ho-Chunk Nation’s clinics will only be open to the general public next week.
Laura Herritz, emergency preparedness & injury prevention coordinator for the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Health, said there are no county or underlying condition restrictions.
Pre-registration if preferred, but is not required. According to the registration form, registration does not guarantee a vaccine. Registration is available online or by calling 715-284-9851 at the extensions 35411, 33126 or 35418.
Individuals are asked to bring an ID to the clinic. Masking and social distancing must be followed. Individuals will be asked screening questions and have their temperatures taken upon entry.
