MADISON, Wis. — Republican John Jagler has won the race for the vacant Wisconsin Senate seat representing District 13 that used to belong to Scott Fitzgerald.
Fitzgerald, the former Senate Majority Leader at the state capitol, gave up the seat to run for U.S. Congress.
