SPRINGDALE, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of the 22-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in the town of Springdale on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened on County Highway PD at County Highway J and was reported to officials at around 4:50 p.m.
A news release said Dylan Lemere, of Waunakee, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The medical examiner’s office completed a forensic examination Wednesday, with preliminary results confirming Lemere died from injuries he suffered in the crash.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office are continuing to investigate the death, and further testing is underway.
