MONROE, Wis. — Monroe police arrested a man Thursday as part of an investigation into allegations he sexually assaulted a child.
Officers responded to the 700 block of 10th Avenue around 4:15 p.m. to arrest 52-year-old Roman R. Hernandez.
Hernandez was taken to the Green County Jail on tentative charges of sexual assault of a child and exposing genitals.
