MADISON, Wis. — A Cottage Grove man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of seventh-offense operating while intoxicated.
According to an incident report, Brad D. Beckwith, 51, had been reported to fall down while in a store. The Sheriff’s Office said he then got into a car and drove away.
The report said Beckwith was later found at a gas station in Sun Prairie. Earlier in the day, deputies took a report that Beckwith, who had violated a court ordered domestic injunction but left the address.
He was identified as the suspect at the gas station, where he was also charged on suspicion of violating of a domestic injunction and felony bail jumping.
