DODGEVILLE, Wis. — An Endangered Missing Person Alert has been issued for the 13-year-old boy who was last seen in Dodgeville early Thursday morning.
Dodgeville police were told he ran away from home at about 1:30 a.m. Officials believed to have seen the boy through City surveillance cameras.
He was last seen walking alone near the intersection of North Main Street and West Spring Street. Foust has not been seen since that time.
He’s believed to be wearing a blue jean jacket, black pants, black shirt and cowboy boots. Officials said Foust also “functions at a lower cognitive level than his age would indicate.”
The DOJ said the alert has been broadcast statewide because of how long the boy has been missing as well as his cognitive level.
According to a Facebook post, Foust is a student at the Iowa-Grant School District.
