OREGON, Wis. — The Village of Oregon has acquired a building from One Community Bank for its new village hall, according to a news release Monday.
The locally owned bank announced the sale of its Alpine Parkway location to the Village. The sale was completed in early April.
“OCB is thrilled that we can provide a location for the Village of Oregon, that fits the villages growing needs in terms of space, community and more,” said One Community Bank President and CEO Steve Peotter. “We have a long history of supporting the community and are proud to continue that tradition with the transition of this facility.”
The bank will occupy the building until the end of September, after which the location will become the new village hall.
