WAUNAKEE, Wis. — Officials have responded to a report of a gas leak in Waunakee on Tuesday afternoon.
Dane County dispatch said it received a call at 2:36 p.m. regarding a smell of gas on the 200 block of Raemisch Road, which is the location of the manufacturer RenewAire.
The Waunakee Fire Department and Madison Gas and Electric have been sent to the scene. Waunakee police have also responded to assist with traffic control and any necessary evacuations.
