MONROE, Wis. — Green County public health officials are hosting a drive-through vaccination clinic next week.
No appointment is necessary, and the clinic is free and open to everyone 18 and up. The clinic will be providing both Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, both of which are only approved for people 18 and older.
The drive-through clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, May 18 from noon to 4 p.m. It will be hosted in partnership with Colony Brands at the Colony Brands Outlet Store located at 652 8th St., in Monroe, Wisconsin.

Everyone attending the clinic will need to fill out a vaccine administration form, which is available on the Green County Public Health website. Forms will also be provided in person on the day of the clinic.
Green County health officails said they are also offering walk-in vaccination clinics every Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and every Friday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Green County Government Services Building located at N3152 WI-81 in Monroe.
