HILLPOINT, Wis. — An Amish cabinetry business is considered a total loss after it went up in flames Saturday night.
Officials with the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call around 11 p.m. Saturday for a report of a fire at Schmucker Cabinetry.
When crews arrived, they found the structure fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters from Loganville, Cazenovia, Hillpoint and Reedsburg fire departments worked through the night until early Sunday morning to extinguish the fire.
The building is likely to be considered a total loss, according to Sauk County officials. No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
