WINDSOR, Wis. — A vehicle crash has closed all westbound lanes of Highway 19 at I-39/90, according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation officials.
Authorities said the crash happened around 6:15 a.m. The lane closures are expected to last roughly two hours.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is responding to the scene.
