MADISON, Wis. — Starting Friday, anyone who goes to Shack Shack and shows their COVID-19 vaccine card will be able to get free fries.
The promotion to encourage more people to get vaccinated began in New York but is now expanding to Shack Shacks throughout the country, including the Madison location on 558 N Midvale Blvd.
By showing their vaccine card to a cashier, customers can get free crinkle cut fries with the purchase of any burger or chicken sandwich through June 12.
“Shake Shack has always prioritized taking care of our communities and we’re proud to be part of their recovery, helping get more people vaccinated and back to gathering again,” said Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti.
The offer excludes Shake Shack locations at airports, stadiums and ballparks. The promotion is only valid in-store and is unavailable on app, web or delivery.
